Answer:     
Assignments are typically processed within 24 hours of being

                    photographed.


Question:   Can I place a link to school information on my tours?

Answer:     Yes. You can have links to school reports as well as a link to maps

                      and other information in each of your tours; all at no extra charge.

 

Question:   Can music be added to the tour, if so what is the charge?

Answer:     We offer a large selection of music to choose from for your tour

                      and there is no additional charge for this service.


Question:   When will my virtual tours expire?
Answer:     
Your virtual tours will expire after one year from date of production.


Question:   What do I do if I change companies or if there are changes to the virtual

                      tour like pricing, MLS numbers, etc.?

Answer:     You simply need to let us know and we will update the changes for you.

                     All of your tours will automatically be updated with the information.


Question:   Can I place a floor plan on my tour?

Answer:     Yes. You can send me a floor plan image as a JPEG and I will add it to 

                      your tour as one of your pages.

 

Question:   What is the charge to post tours to Realtor.com?
Answer:     
The cost is $25.00 each time we send a virtual tour through the

                    picturePath gateway. All companies that post virtual tours to  

                      Realtor.com are charged to do so. Companies that are not an approved

                      member or partner are unauthorized to send virtual tours to Realtor.com.

  

Question:   Is there an additional charge for the setup of real estate tour templates

                      or logos?

Answer:     There is no additional charge for the setup of real estate tour templates or

                      logos.


Question:   How many scenes can be included in each tour?

Answer:     The tour supports unlimited full 360, partial 360, or still images.
